Civic battery
 
I need to get a new battery for my car...What is the best kind of battery besides a gel cell to get for my car...Especially since I am running alot of neon, tv's, dvd, satellite radio, you know...all the good stuff...

you are running a LOT??? what is your EXACT setup..

Optima...or a second regular in the trunk (which means a batt box too) and then depending on how your stuff is hooked up, looking into a bigger alternator would be in your best interest as well (as Leets said)

Just a lil side note... if you do put a battery in the trunk make sure you either get a fully sealed battery (such as an optima or the exide orbital) or a fully sealed box that vents to the outside of the car. Battery fumes are very unfun.:yes:

get a red top and put it in the trunk. Then you got a nice place to add some other electronics under the hood. I put all my MSD stuff where my batt used to be.

Bigger alt would probably be a good idea too. Depends on how much current all your toys are actually pulling.
