sucks man...everyones gettin hit lately...EVEN ME  (i just got a scratch though)

better call the police and make a report. depending on the amount of damage insurance will pay for the fix...

I only park on end spots (at work) or in the farthest part of a parking lot (everywhere else) for this very reason. Either that or I take up two spaces whereno other cars are.

It's less trouble to be proactive rather than reactive. Dealing with insurance blows.

My advice: Park far away and avoid the whole situation.

People in California are really touchy about taking up parking spaces, over here if I tried that I'd get keyed.

My car was hit two days ago, by a old man backing up. He tried to drive off, but I caught up with him and pulled him over...I let him slide because the damage he did was minor to my stock bumper which I'm going to replace anyways.

It was this old Filipinoish guy, when I pulled him over he was barely speaking English. He kept pointing at his head, I guess he was trying to point out being senial(sp?), then again if your senial, isn't one of your traits is denying it?

Anywho, I just let him go I had to get back to class anyways, and my friend had to pick up his girlfriend.

Didn't even offer me a bribe....
