Antenna Questions
 

I have a 88 prelude with a broken antenna. When I turn the radio on, when the antenna is outstretched, theres a loud continuous knocking sound. It became very annoying that I had to unplug it. I am looking to replace it know. Does this sound like I have to replace the whole unit, or just get another mast. Thanks

well i had the same problem with mine. look on ebay for a new unit' they run at $60 instead of 250 from the dealer. i couldn't ever fix mine

Do ur self a favor and just get an s2000 antenna so much nicer!
