yea im lookin for a place that sells carbon fiber hoods for a good price not to expensive but looks good u know lol ight well if anyone know let me know thanx

Most of the hoods have a fiber glass core or fiber glass backing. If you look hard, you may be able to find one that is all carbon. Check around.

You will definately want to do your homework. Not all hoods are created equal. :no:

As for Fiber Images, a friend of mine bought a hood from them. The first one was warped, they sent him a second one which was also warped. Im not sure if he ever got it resolved, I havent talked to him since. But that makes me a little leary of them. Ive heard several other people with similar problems. Youve been forwarned.

hoods are like $450. plus shipping, but they are finished really nicely and fit really well, some of the best that I have ever seen
