new way to work

after installing coilovers this weekend, i drove to work this morning and ive never noticed how bad the road is, potholes and all, until now...

well time to go the longer way on the smoother road, hehe

You on stock struts?

DJWURM 02-10-2003 11:41 AM

for know... any suggestions on them?

RU_Teg 02-10-2003 02:44 PM

I'd go with tokico...

Turbo_LS_Hatch 02-10-2003 03:07 PM

Tokico or Koni......get adjustables. I have Koni shocks on Ground Control coilovers, and the car rides almost stock.....I have the fronts set at about 1/2 turn, and the rears set 3/4, so they're supposed to be very stiff, but it still feels good.

I have tokico blue shocks with eibach sportline springs on my teg...not much of a drop..just 1.8 inches but it doesnt bounce around and stuff...I like them a lot...

I'd say Koni yellows for your stiff coilovers.

well i got my coilovers pretty far out, tires clear the fenders on the front barely, and on the rear they are all the way out and go over the top of the tires

Your stock struts are good as dead with a drop like that. You'll need to upgrade soon IMHO.
