RU_Teg 02-08-2003 10:26 PM

That is f***ing awesome! I don't know why, but I really got a kick out of that. Maybe because my car would NEVER go sraight for that long. That was crazy, though.

That's nutz

^BUMP^

Had to bump this, AWESOME.

Turbo_LS_Hatch 02-10-2003 03:54 PM

That was stupid, it WOULD be cool if it wasn't on a public road like that. I've seen wayyy too much dumb shit happen because of 'funny' little pranks like that. I'm pretty sure someone else was in the car though. If you look while they're out of the car, notice the car swerves. Look closer, see when the car swerves? Everytime it hits a road titty, it moves slightly over until it gets to the other side of the street. Kinda funny to me.

ShagginJet 02-10-2003 04:54 PM

Notice how the guys at the back hold on tight and pull a bit. If you've ever used your feet for braking anything, you know you can push harder or softer to help slow or drift. I'm sure that's what they are doing.

Turbo_LS_Hatch 02-10-2003 05:02 PM

With the car moving that fast, I doubt they would be able to pull hard enough.

ChrisCantSkate 02-10-2003 05:11 PM

looks like they are only going about 20mph actualy. cause it tkes him no time at all to stop for that lsign

i've done something similar to steer a car. A friend and I were going down a empty, deserted ,straight road at about 50 (old airport runway). The car was allighend perfectly. We rolled down the windows, put on cruise control, and then to pull the car left or right, we'd stick the uper half of our bodies out the window. This would cause wind drag and SLOWLY pull the car to whatever side.

This is why I think they could pull the car with the added friction of pressing down harder.

My question is, How TF did they figure out they could do this??
