k wtf did his car stay outside with water and soap on it for an hour? what the hell was he thinking...soap .rinse .towel for cold weather....take it to a indoor carwash place...wow....not hard

Yeah there's a very good chance it will. Especially on a windshield that has a chip in it. I told a guy at work not to throw water on his windshield and he did anyway. And as soon as he did all you heard was crrrraaaacccckkk and watched his windshield crack from one end to another. The temperature changes to quick and makes the glass expand and then crack.
