need help with my cat...
 

whuts up guys im new here, i just want to ask a question about high flow cats... I have a 99 civic ex and my smog is due, they told me i have to replace my cat(odometer has 70k miles on it) now, will i pass smog in california with a random technology cat? people told me as long as you warm that puppy up itll be fine... is this true?
