Ahhhhh, 5-speed stress relief...
 

Man, I gotta tell ya, I LOVE having a 5-speed PGT. Shifting can sometimes be a great outlet for pent-up agression.
Last night I was feeling REALLY stressed out. I had to get out of the apartment or my head was going to explode. So I took my 95 PGT out for a spin and got to a stoplight just before the on ramp. I decided to drop the hammer and unleash the fury. ;)
So I dropped it, and the silky-smooth V6 + slick 5-speed w/STS was pure joy.
No REAL point to this post, but I just wanted to say how much I love my car, even if it's just to occassionally work out the aggression.
Anybody else feel this way?

and my cars not really that fast... so it takes longer to unleash the fury for me.. hehehhe

I'll tell ya what will really make a bad mood turn into a good one....the sweet whistle of a turbo spoolin, tires burnin, and the good ole Apex-i BOV letting out ALL your pent up anger! :cool:

We understand...and being 6'4" like myself...I still miss shifts somehow....and...we get mad too.
Understandable.

i guess when i marry a man in a mid-life crisis.... heheheh no for real.. when i save $$.... see i have a problem ...
chicks take long to fix up there cars.. b/c we cant make up our mind, on what wheels (why im still on stocks), we cant make up our mind on anything, except what clothing/shoes we want to buy!!! hehehehe if i would spend less money on shoes... i would have a turbo'd lude already...
and if my X wouldnt have dicked me over like he did... i would still have a GSX pushing 20psi, and a turbo'd lude

my fury burns off my tires when i shift between 1st and 2nd and burn tires, or when im being thrown into the passengers seat from a hard left turn. its a proven method, i can be extremely pissed, but 5 mins of driving and im cool again.

It takes me long too. im a guy...and I am the most indecisive prick out there.
hahaha...well not a prick...it took me 4 months to pick the kind of exhaust I wanted.

it took me a long time cause im lazy i forget stuff easily, and if i got free time i go skateboarding but the car show inspired me so now im making good progress

Ahhh another fellow skater here. Good to see.
Not too many here I don't think.
But that's ok....I actually don't get to do it that much anymore.
