Civic 99-00 Si high flow Cat (Catco)

I bought it thinking it would fit my EX (stupid me) and well obviously never put it on. It was used on my buddys in Cali for around 1000miles upon which he sold the civic for a 'teg.

Sells new for over $150, all I ask for it is $30

This will work on a 96-98 civic if new mounting plates are welded on and are drilled (I do not have the time to do so)
