NFS: hot pursuit 2

anyone play that game ? i just installed it tonite and the game seems nice but i't kind of slow. also i run win 2k, and my video card is a SiS

i installed direct x 9 and it works better. i gotta work on my skillz thou. i'm driving from wall to wall

:confused: The game and the card both don't support DX9. What was the improvement?

I'm holding off on installing DX 9 until there is some evidence it actually helps.

i don't know but the refresh rate is a lot better now. it's almost near perfect. i don't know if they support direct x

I rented NFS Hot Pursuit 2 a couple weeks ago...is that what you're talking about?...
it was a pretty sweet game...i beat it in a few days...
