Audio Help!!
 

Alright...i have a 99 accord EX V6. here is my problem.
I have an alpine cda1003 and an alpine eq below it. now that takes up all the space where the stock headunit was. I have a playstation 2 under my passenger seat. I want to get rid of the playstation cause it is just about the most annoying thing to watch movies on. so i bought an alpine dva5205 dvd player. I am not sure where to put it.
do they make something to put a audio unit underneath, where the big space is near the cigg lighter? please help me out...this is annoying.

You could get an undermount dash kit. They usually looks cheesy though. Cheap plastic. It's what they use in older cars they don't want the dashs all cut up

You should be able to get it at any car stereo shop that does installs. Shouldn't be too spendy either. Along the same lines as a regular dash kit

im almost done putting a 7'' screen in where the factory cd player was and i made a section to hold my new one right below the dash so i could keep half of the pocket i'll try to get some pics if it will help

i just got a digital cam so i shoul have some up hopefully by the end of the week depends on my work schedule

you can buy an undermount dash kit from Honda, i know there is a link somewhere around here.. but its a piece of plastic that holds the factory tape deck and it fits just above the cig lighter like you want.. its only a single din houseing tho, is the 5205 a din size?

That is what i have been looking for but the dumbass dealers around here don't know what i am talking about. if you find the link, please post it. what is a din size? it is the same size as the cva-1003

i should have pics up by wed i going to have to redo some of it because it didn't come out the way i wanted it to i going to try to make it look more stock meaning more fiberglassing
