Well, I was driving back to my house from the grandparents in my moms car (mom was a few miles back in car with step-dad)... this guy in the maxima starts tailgating me... we slowly pass traffic doing about 80... we get in front of traffic and fly by each other a few times, then we line up at 60... I look over and nod, he nods back... beep, beep, beep, we take off... by 120 he is a good 3 buslenghts back... it was so much fun- I knew I'd win, but still fun... I slowed down and gave the thumbs up and he smiled and nodded back... and this was with me, my dog, and about 200lbs of luggage and gifts in the car... was a rush:yes:

poor show from the Maxima driver cuz its overall a faster car

Pardon? A Nissan Maxima SE (bottom of the line) is an overall faster car than a BMW 325ci? Are you joking? The BMW at high speeds is phenominal (sp?), stable as if it were going 20 and silky smooth ride...

i wasnt impresssed with the high speed antics of them in my mustang.... hell he flew past me full throttle and i caught one @135 at 3400rpms in overdrive.... and my car sucks od..

see the Maxima has more power.. (SE is not bottom line, GXE is) the 2001 has a 3.0 V6 with

I personally like the BMW more... but i dont see it being the faster car

Add to that the fact that the BMW in question is a convertible, and things get weirder...
