Winter Tires
 

For those of us that are fortunate (or unfortunate depending on your perspective) to get snowy conditions in the winter, what kind of tires are you using?

Currently, I have Hankook W041s on my stock 14" steelies and they grip hard on ice. They have a severe weather rating and are fairly inexpensive at $85 CDN per tire.

Are there any others out there using winter tires and what are your experiences with them?

i used my 205/45/16 Nitto 450's throughout last winter here in b-more and they were horrible in snow or ice..... i could spin them in 4th gear at 35 mph.....THAT BAD!
