Whats the difference between a short ram intake and a cold air intake??

Does Brand really matter?

short rams is more closer to the engine

CAI is more outside providing colder air to the engine

CAI 01 Accord Coupe

a cold air intake is an induction system that forces cold air into the combustion chamber, cold air is more dense than warm air so it contains more oxygen molecules. With more oxygen, fuel will then burn more effectively, thus increase horsepower.

You gain approximately 1% more hp for every 10 degrees cooler the intake air is. Obviously, colder is better.

Brand matters for durability, AEM is great.

Yes, its at the end of the tube, behind the bumper.

i didn't know my CAI had a blower at the end to force the air in the engine :crazy: ;)
