I am in some serious pain!!! I just gone done skating and I am freakin tired!!! It's been almost 2 years!!! But i can still do almost all the stuff i used to do! I just totally alck the cardiocasular endurance i used to have!!! Oh well ima do this at least every other day! Build up my legs again and my cardio! Wish me luck!!

Oh yeah should mention inline not skateboarding!

yah i tried rollerblading, but i dislike it, id rather go biking :yes:
good luck with it though, its hard to keep doin it....at least to me hehe :D

good luck... blading is very tiring.

I used to do it religously but go out of it now ima do it again its a blast and gets me in great shape!

That's cool you started up again. Its a great way to get in shape, but I've never tried it :no:
