This car is sweet.. GS 400 headlights with crazy fender flares... Mmmmm::yes:: ::yes:: ::yes:: ::yes:: ::yes::

yea i know theres mixed reactions.. some dont like but majority does...
but hey.. he competes with that car and it has won for him big time... i know people are like why dont they just keep it that car..... well FYI... you cant win with a normal looking car.. kit and rims dont work no more.... unless you dont compete... conversions are the way to go to the top.... some of you may disagree but if you look at other shows as well as magazines, they tell the truth rite there.... granted... theres the rare few that do win without any conversions... regardless, to all their own..

as for the streering wheel.... it was covered all white, but the stiching came off twice now... so now hes changing the wheel....

i hated this car at first... but now im lovin it... its definately different.. but he does win::yes::

Hey! Thats DS1's car, isn't it?? Yeah I've seen it posted on SHO several times... I'm not sure if I like it or not. I think the headlights are a little much for the front of the car, but its definitly original. And I appreciate how much work has gone into that car, for sure!

We are doing fine .
and i think it's will more nicer on 18'so will see how the money goes this winter cause suppose to make a fews changes ;) i will be at the show but without the civic ;( well maybe will see u there if i go it will be on saturday or sunday.

I went yesterday (friday).. It was great!! One of the nicer show I've been to..


Not as good as the Toronto shows (Hot Import Nights..::yes:: ).

But for an interior show, it was rocking..



I'm going again tonight, I'll try and come see you fellas.
I'll spend most of my time in the *SHOW 'N SHINE* SECTION..
AUDIO all the way to center stage..

I am much more a fan of clean, powerful cars, but as strictly show cars go, that Sol isn't too bad.

I like it better without the stripe. And to put airbags on a del Sol is just a disgrace ;(.

i know i am late to the thread....oh well :p

overall the car is decent. but fender flares in general are terrible on any vehicle except a 4x4. the headlights look good and all, but the flares take away from the car as a whole. to me, if you want a widebody, do it right. flares are the cheap way out.

i got a Ben Franklin that says that thing runs higher than an 18.35 in the quarter... and then cnat make the turn aroudn at the end of the track cuz the thing wont steer

well to update on whats goin on with the car... the guys who commented on on his speed... trust me..with his upgrades he'll be smoking majority of the members on this board...

the big wing is now gone and going with a jaguar XJ tail light conversion.. and as for motor... his is selling off his turbo and engine setup.. and is now as we speak installing an H22 with turbo!!!! now on the straight hell be able to beat regular sols with turbos....

i cant wait to see it this spring... i'l post pics as soon as i can get them....

Ds1 sol is bad ass!! one of the hottest sols out there IMO!
