18" Rims
I was wondering how well 18" rims work with a 94 accord lx. Like do they rub when your turn or anything like that. I will be installing tokio struts with ground control coilovers also and a camber kit will this have any effects also.
umm 18" are too big. stick with 17's
i have 18 inch rims on my accord, and they dont rub one bit, except if i go over speed bumps, potholes, turn left, turn right, pull into my drive way, (you get the picture) im with stephan, go with 17's they rub as much, but since you plan on lowering your car, they might rub!
i think 16 and 17 are the only good looking rims on any honda car.
Thanks for your opinions. I think i will go with 17s to make sure there is a least chance of rubbage. Also they should weigh slightly less. What do you guys think about ADR rims?

I'll have to disagree with you there, my friend got some 19" RacingHart C-4's on his 99 Accord and they were so sexy and minimal rub, but I'm gonna stick 17" on mine..If I can ever get money |
got pictures of this 19" accord. i never seen anything bigger then 18". not saying your lying or anything just curious to see it.
my earlier post was imo. sorry forgot to add that. |
I'll try to pics because he turn around and the rims for 800 even though he bought them for 500 ;)
6th gens can get away with 18s, but they look too big on a 5th gen IMO. 17s give you a clean look and reduce rotating mass (a little, depending on wheel).
You can still probably fit 18s with the correct offset though, lots of people do it. |
Yeah I still think im gonna go with the 17s cause this is a daily driver plus I live in PA so the roads well if you can call them roads suck.
Anyway anybody have an opion on adr rims. |
i like adr rims, as long as you dont get chrome, and i can get you a swt with tires for under 700
Yeah i dont want chrome at all. Just silver is all i want. What kind of adr rim can you get me and with what kind a tires. pictures if you have any would help. I'm very interested in this deal.
cant get adrs anymore

Do those rims look like this.
those are nice rims. what size are you getting those in? 17"
yeah 17s
i have 18" motegi MR-7 on my 94 honda accord lx and they dont seem to rub very often. I love the look of them on my car and the stance that it gives the car. Along with them i have a set of AGX struts on it as well and it is the best ride i have ever had... But, If i were to do it again i would go with 17s.....
Hi guys,
First post here, and I think 18s are pretty sweet. Here's a pic of mine: I had 17s before these, but after a couple of years, they just looked small. Be nice to the newbie - and his car. Try this link as the IMG doesn't seem to be working... http://www.imagestation.com/album/?id=4287458079 |
i think that 17's look alright sizewise on a cb7, cd5,7 car. 18's are waay to big.
