Do H22s And Del Sols Mix

HI every one im new to this forum so i hope u guys wont be to big of asses to me.
Any ways i have a qustion i have a 94 del sol with the shity d16z in it. I am thinking of putting a jdm h22 or h23 in it and boring it out to maybe a 3.0 then slaping a turbo on it. my first qustion is will boring it out make the red line lower? And my second qustion is would it be possable to put a turbo in it let alone a prelude engine?

h22 + turbo= much fun
yes it works.
why waste your time with the h23?
