How to: Turnsignal conversion/fast blinker
 

I posted this in the CIVIC forum.. but it really belongs here.

Here are simple instructions on how to can convert your 2 filiment turn/parking bulb into a one filiment turn/parking bulb and have your sidemarkers stay on and blink with the turn signal.

1)Go to your local auto parts store and pick up a trailer taillight converter box.. i used this one i got from my local Autozone made by Hoppy (part# 48845) for $11


2)Check out your civic turn signals and you will see that it has 3 cables.. The wiring is very simple if you can follow this diagram. If done correctly your sidemarkers and turn signals will stay on when the parking light is on, and blink when the turn signal is used. Not only that, but it will blink faster than stock (but not as fast as it would if you have a burned out bulb)
