I jsut put a 2 step in my car today and i love it. I set it at 5800 and I can pull 4-5 psi at staging. Ill be trying it out tomorrow as im still waiting to back up my 11 second run. I think this may be the ticket and we will find out tomorrow.

I think hes talking about a product called Turbo Launch.. Its a boost builder, a 2-step rev limiter. It supposed to help you ET's by .3 to .5 seconds.

I wish I could run 14's ,*L* 11's is most impressive for sure.

I think Clowny's only running like 8lbs of boost w/o IC.. Im guessing mid/low 14's maybe..

I got just your basic MSD 2 step module. It is really just a devicce that lets you have 2 seperate rev limiters on a switch. So you set on low for launching (like 5200-6000) and then one where your normal rev limiter is. I use the switch for the cruise control and just hard wired it to the back of the fuse panel under the knee bolster. So whenever I have the clutch pushed to the floor I have a rev limit of 5800 or what ever I set it too so I just hold the accelerator flat floored.. By doing this you present a load on the engine and it will actually spool up and not go over the 5800. Then when the clutch is released when you launch the normal rev limit goes into effect.

Well I mde 2 passes with the 2 step installed and i didnt like the way the switch was set. It would not release the staging rev limit until the clutch pedal was completely released. But I did make a run with out it and it seemed to work. I am car #252 left lane.

Yeah I beat my last time by 0.01 but I picked up 3 mph over my best time. The car has more in it and this late in the season im going to push the limits some more. We are going to take the 2 step out now because I didnt it and then im going to put a direct port NOS set up on there. Just a little 25-35 shot.

Yeah im gong to try to do something with the car. Rioght ow I have no sponseers and I drive the car to the events but im getting a trailer soon. After I get the trailer I wont have to tune so conservative and try to make some more power. Right now I run my A/F at 10.5:1 so I know there is a lot more power to be had.
