Sheared a bolt!
 

I was working on the CD player for my 01 Civic. Put the center consle back in, and I dropped one of the orginal bolts into the area below it. Well im never getting that bolt back!. So I take my other orginal bolt to the hardware store, match up the size, put the new one in, its going in fine until... The head shears off the bolt. Cheap POS! now I got half a bolt stuck in there, I cant drill it out, cause its too small of a space. What do I do?

Get a dremel and slot the head so you can remove it with a driver if that's possible.
