Damn on a 5th gen... All i have to say is Just take everything apart one by one.. Once u get to the part where ur actually at the gauges.. slide the faces under the needle (Bend it a little) Then glue it on carefully.. Make sure you get the part near the center of the needle (where it rotates) And use a fork to lift up the needles too so it can have more clearance with the Gauge face (or it will get stuck sometimes which is very annoying!)
GOOD LUCK!

be careful with the needles though, ive seen them get broken off before, if your cafeful though you wont have a problem

I used double sided tape to secure the gauges down and then lifted the needles very slightly to keep them from sticking. Just be really carful and never take the needles off or they will be all screwed up. The Install takes 2 hrs or less if you do it correctly. Good luck!

I AM POSTING FOR RAVER X....

HES STUCK! how do you get the black trim around the clear plastic that covers the gauges OFF? He has unscrewed the 2 screws and hes getting TONS of resistance when he pulls on it.... what does he do? Are there clips? if so where are they?? HELP!!!! ;(

Use a flat head screwdriver on the far bottom corners. If your worried about scratching something put a cloth over the tip of the screwdriver. But He can pull all he wants it wont hurt anything, they will eventually just pop off. But the screwdriver works the best to pry the clips up.
