traction bars

i want to know how they exactly help you gain traction? just by stiffing up the front end?

ebpda9 05-01-2005 05:48 PM

are you talking about the jimfab bars ? they just pull the wheel forward a bit so it won't skip at all.

preludes(5th gen's at least) come w/ a stock traction bar setup a.k.a radius rods, doesnt work very well at reducing wheel hop, the way its setup stock anyways.
