D16Y7 Engine Specs

Does anyone know the specs for the 96 DX's D16Y7 engine. I called Honda and they wouldn't tell me! They said I HAD to buy the manual. So if any of you have this info it would be much appreciated!

BTW, those weights quoted were for the HB's, he's got an EJ which weight in at about 24xx (can't recall the exact #) ;)

Indeed if it's the 96 DX it should be the
d15B unless that was switched out for the D16 D15B 1493cc, 16valve SOHC,9.4:1 70 BHP@4500RPM 83 ft-lb torque Redline 6500 Hope this helps.... If nothing else look on the front of your block and it wil give you the engine code..D15,D15 etc... |

WEl I've got info that states:
96-Up Civic CX/DX/LX D15B 96-2001 Civic HX D15Z 96-2001 Civic EX D16Z7 I got that right from www.hybrid-perf.org So you know which is also posted in a Parts guide from Summit.. |
