How does one get sponsored by all the racing companies? Can anyone do it? You probably have to have your car already all suped up huh? I wish I had that money but I think being sponsored would help a lot... anyone know who would be good to talk to about sponsorship?

unless you've won LOTS of races with you stock car it's not getting sponsored till you have like 10k into it...

I guy I met did a 20k+ build on a gti... the first weekend he was out he was offered a turbo kit for free if he'd sport a sticker and show up at some shows.

You either have to have a LOT done to your car (and by a lot I mean apperance stuff.. if it doesn't "look cool" you probobly won't get sponsered)... that or win LOTS of races or auto-x and even then chances are low cuz there just isn't enough of a scene in most places.

dont forget, its a civic. you either need to have enough money to stand out from the rest of the crowd, know someone that can hook you up with sponsorship deals, or be able to race race race like a mofo and win stuff and already have publicity.
