Left rearview mirror (help)
 

My mom's Accord, a 2001 V6 was hit by a bike and the left rearview mirror (power mirror) was broken. Hers was bought here in Costa Rica, Central America, it's VIN is not in the American Version data base. Does anyone know if the american version mirror will fit this car? She bought the mirror (glass) but seems like some parts are missing (something like screws attached to the glass which are the ones in charge of going in and out when the motor rotates to move the mirror) so it can be fitted but won't move. Here the mirror will cost around $400 and it is not available the dealer needs around ten days to have it available. The VIN for this car is the one attached. If I ordered it through the internet it will cost around $165 plus shipping, big difference!
