should i re-use this?

Hey guys...

I took off the door panel and noticed the white layer of thin material.. I was wondering do you guys re-use this or do you just trash it? its like a trash bag.

i don't have any, tore it all out. I think it's a very cheap sound dampening material or something. But the glue is hard as hell to clean up, shit sticks to everything.

its for insulation, keep out the draft and moisture from the window, I would try to put it back

yeah it helps, not really improtant, but if you can replace it, might as well. it cant weight more than 2 or 3 oz. for both doors

yeah ti will definitely help to keep water from coming through to the panel itself. If you can salvage it then do so but if not then ohh well. I still have mine but have been w/out door panels for a few and it's starting to fold down and I'm about to just pull mine off...
I also don't have inner fender liner so that can make for a real mess...blah...
good luck
