nah not saying that none of us are messed up well not me anyways...i kno i look messed up at times but the way she was portrayed in the movie...she looks messed up in the movie...but iv'e seen her in other movies and she does look cute at times...but this time she didn't...juss my opinion...:crazy:

I was just stating my opinion. It's like I like some chic that you don't. I don't know, something about her that I just say she's cute and that's it. Everyone has something wrong with them. It's just how the other person weighs that in their scale of importance.

I just got back from it...im kinda dissapointed about it though. Dont get me wrong its good movie but i wouldnt pay to see it again. I kinda figured that he would be doing more of those battles than he did. out of 5 stars i would say 3 1/2 to 4..

yeah the battles were hardcore. and yes they do exist in "real life" although dumb people should not freestyle. its very hard on my ears.
8 mile st. is the street that divides white from black. low class from middle class. and its quite an obvious division.
and by the way, the movie was loosely (loosely) based on em's life....so dont take it as a biography. although it does give a general idea.
too bad people cant freestyle that well in real life when its all improvised and you dont have scripts and takes to make it perfect. but for the most part it seemed real.
it was really pissing me off though, cuz in the theater when rabbits mentally retarded friend shot himself in the leg ('oops' to those of you who havent seen it yet) there were some girls who were laughing like crazy. made me kinda sick. hip hoppers go see this.

Saw it, it sucked. Eminem did ok with what he had to work with but it was a poorly written movie. Had no real plot. If it was a "Based on true story" type thing it might have been a lot better.
