6th gen maintenance req'd flashes

Light flashes 10 times after it stops being solid from putting the ignition switch to the run position.

I am nearing 15k and it's been about 6k since the last regular service I had (I had the 7500k service done at 8k). Is the light flashing just a reminder I'm nearing the scheduled service window similar to the green/amber/red gauge on older Accords?

i think you are approaching the 15k service. read it up in the manual that came with your car

yep that's telling you about the 15K....:radar: when you go to get it done they reset it to the next check up time...
