I was headin home from school today when I saw a Camaro SS comin up in the fast lane. So as he passed I gave him a quic rev. I got behind him and the road opened up. With that we were off. He was pacin me through third gear and then he hit it and was off. We went up to like 90 or somethin on the 65 mph speed limit road. Well it was fun. So what are camaro ss runnin hp wise? Is it around 300 or so?

Yeah that sounds about right.. Glad you had fun.. My buds got a 97 SS with a little bit of work done to it, and thinking about shooting 150 shot through it.. They car is a blast to ride in, the exhaust just rumbles in your chest when you ride in it too.. ;)

I knew I was going to lose from the start. It was just fun so I did it. My car is a 92 Civic DX Hatchback with the 1.5L auto. Very slow but its still a fun car.

Well, GM says they are 320hp, but they were underrated to protect sales of the Corvette. They have regularly dyno'd at around 315-320hp at the wheels stock, so go figure.

Agreed that those new camero's are fast. My bro's friend has one. I wouldn't mess with it yet. Fu*k that $hit. I don't need to see him laughing at me even more.
