Where is the ECU?

Where is the ECU located at on a 99 civic? I need to tap the O2 sensor wire to run the A/F gauge. Should I tap the wire at the ECU or at the primary O2 sensor?

it will be better if u tap it at the primary O2 sensor. And the ecu is in the passanger footboard

Thanks alot. What color is the wire? Is it the thick white wire?

i'm not sure about your model. mine is a green and a white wire in an thermal insulation jacket
