Okay guys...well i have a 1991Acura integra GS...Whenever i put the car into 1st gear and accelerate and let go of the clutch the car takes a while to start moving...like it stalls for a while...I dont know if its the clutch or transmission or both...what could it be?..can anyone help?

From a stop, put the car in 5th gear. Rev to around 3000 RPMs. Pop the clutch and if the car dies, your clutch should be good. If it revs, your clutch is slipping.

thanks guys...well I took it to my mechanic today and I dont exactly know what he did but he fixed the problem...He opened my hood and started pulling on a wire and kept checking the clutch and adjusting the wire...it only took like 5 minutes and i was on my way.;)

Glad to hear you got it fixed. Just needed a simple adjustment. Luckily it wasn't your tranny

it depends on whatt you wanna get. if u wanna get a weak cheap ass oem replacement you are looking at 125-150, plus 350 the install.
