I just wanted to say, that i think its great that honda has FINALLY decided to offer something in the way of aftermarket parts for their vehicles. I also think Honda still has a long way to go, and should start making aftermarket bolt-on's like exhausts, headers, and intakes, but the FP (factory performance) option is a good start.

What do you think?

Really? I had no idea that they were making a 300hp beast. I'll have to look into that.

they aren't making 300hp stock. They are making only 240 stock. and thats in the v6 auto only.

As for the parts, i think its only alright that honda gets into this. I wish they would play down this ricer shit cause I'm really starting to get sick of racing every loser with an exhaust.

the FP gives it 300 hp...or so it says...
i wonder what they do to it though...
and i knew the regular v-6 accord came with 240...

Designed by Honda R & D Americas, the 2003 Honda Accord Concept Coupe makes its world debut and features a 300-horsepower V-6 engine with a semi-manual six-speed transmission with paddle shifter, a complete aero package, wide body kit, race suspension and lightweight prototype parts.

i'll clarify... the car felt like a wind up toy under 7000rpms. it handled decent, but not what i expected. it was a pain to drive and i didnt like the clutch. it was alot of fun to drive, but ive had more fun driving my car.
