Has anybody ever driven Becker Canyon Road off the PCH to Thousand Oaks? I just spent about 40 minutes of driving through Becker Canyon Road and realized 3/4 ways through it , I was getting really dizzy. I can't believe how many hair pin turns, side weaving, bobbing up and down roads there was on this course. There was this moment when I saw this sign that said 25 mph and thought that I was entering a residential zone. Nope, it said 25 mph because the next 10 or so miles that I was about to endure was so crazy. so many damn 10 mph turns that I was pushing 35 mph. I thought that was fast. And right when you think it is over, it had just begun. Damn, I am glad that I had my suspension set for this type of road, not to mention the engine!!! :D
Suspension setup as follows:
KYB AGX (set to the max setting)
Suspension Techniques Sway Bars
Skunk2 Rear lower tie bar
Neuspeed Front and Back Strut Bars
Eibach Pro Kit
Federal V Rated Tires (Cheap tires, but they really stick to the ground!!!)
I am planning on getting the front lower tie bar to tie the front end. Even with this setup, I thought my car handled pretty well in those turns.

DUDE!!...

That road ****ing rulez. You can take it about 4 different ways, and end up on these roads that I never knew existed. When i get my turbo, i'm going up there to have some major fun. See i need to hit 3rd some times, and i don't have the power in third that i have in high rpm 2nd.... One day i will own that road.

It must be killer with the b18... You still have your old engine?

no, that was damaged/stolen. I use to have a d16y8 turbo civic. I was planning to buy a car like yours and put the b18c engine in that! That would have been awesome. Oh well, it turned out to be different.. The LSD in the b18C "R" engine is great especially with the final drive at 4.7 on that road
