Ok I am going to start my research on body kits. I have looked at a few sites and light the black widow and street fighter kits.
My question is.. I live in Houston, Tx. So I dont want to pay a huge @ss shipping fee.
1) Does anyone know of any Houston sellers?
2) About how much does it cost to get these things painted (white)?
3) Whats yall favorite kits and if you could add web site links..
Thanks

1) Nope, if you order locally, you'll still be paying a lot because they want money too.
2) Call your local body shops, they can tell you how much it costs. probably about $500-$700 - sand yourself, saves in labor fees.
3) C-West, Bomex, Buddy Club, Mugen, OE, blah blah etc etc.

I live in Georgia, and both of my body kits that I've had came from California. My first one was the buddy club front and rear bumper with the black widow sideskirts, and the shipping ran me about $130 for that one. My second body kit that I have now is the Avenger body kit, and that shipping for that one ran me the same price. I switched kits because I was tired of repairing the fiberglass on the first one, so I switched to the urethane body kit that I have now. That's the way I would go, in my opinion, because you will always be repairing that fiberglass. Let us know what you do.

Well if you compare the prices of 'urethaine' and 'fiber glass'. Well I guess this is a dumb question. I know the urethaine costs more. Made out of a better, more stonger material.

Not so much as a stronger material, but it gives more to bumps and hits that your kit might take when driving. It's very hard to break, unlike fiberglass, but yes, fiberglass is a little cheaper. In a long run though, repairing the broken fiberglass in my opinion is just not worth it.
