Are their any tail light optons besides altezzas? I want to get some cool lights, but everybody has altezzas.

Red/clears are the way to go IMO.

www.asylumms.com has clear/red tails.
www.autodynamic.com probably does too.

altezzas were the answer for a cheap taillight conversion to look like is300 lights, they have since got an identity of thier own.
