Many, many people ride on Eibachs, but Neuspeeds are also very good springs. If I was to lower my car, I'd go Eibachs.

As for the line of springs, sportlines for ~2" drop, pro-kit for ~1.4"

Which one would be better for everyday use plus also racing????

I want to be able to use them for both!!!

for the price, id go with H&R's or Neuspeeds over the Eibachs. Eibachs are a grip, too much $ imo.

the term "racing" can mean several different things. care to be more specific?
you can race and drive around on the street with all of the above. aftermarket shocks are a key player here too.

If you are actually racing Auto-X or something similar, I think you'd want a stiffer setup. True coilovers are the way to go if you're willing to spend the money.
