Have you guys noticed how many Rob's or Robert's there are? Is it just me or is our name the BOMB? More and more people i know seem to have our name guys.

Personally I tend to go by Rob the most, ever since i started spending so much time on the phone for work, but i'm really a Robert. One of my best friends name is Robert and I know two other Roberts. One of them is a friend the other isn't.

They toykilla comes up to Toronto with his gf and his name is Robert and he also goes by Rob. To top it off we had the exact same colors on. We both had kakies (sp?) pants and simliar shoes, and our shirts were the same. We both had a blue long sleave shirt on with an orange strip across the chest. It took me an hour to realize this (theres no need to rub it in) but hes like an american me and I'm like a Canadian him.

Now theres another Rob or Robert on the board under AccordinStyle. When I was growing up i was the only Robert now there seems to be a bunch of us, whats going on?

btw does anyone know what Robert means? I'm talking about when you look up a name for a baby it tends to tell you the meaning, whats Robert mean?

My first name is Robert...but i go by Kyle..I'm not really a robert...
I know about 5-6 more roberts too.

I personally know I think like 3 robs...that I can think of right now at least. But almost all of my guy friends have the same names...John, dave, Matt, and Mike.....there are a few other names floatin in there...but those are the most common by far.

Actually, with the exception of the people that I've met here, I only know one other Rob....I know it's a pretty common name but for the most part I haven't been around too many Robs...my name is Robert but I've gone by Rob for about the past two years....I've changed alot as a person after I got divorced so the way that I look at it, the old me was Robert...the new me is Rob...hope that doesn't sound too psychoic :paranoid:

btw, I looked up the meaning for our name and what I got was:

is it really?...I think it's cool name...i wish i had a unique name..
one of my good friends online is named Sterling...i think thats a badass name.
