!@#$)*&@!#% Cd Player!

Hey guys,

My cd player is being stupid. It'll play cd's fine when the car is off, but when it's running it wont. Does anyone know what this might be? Or has anyone else has this problem? Best Buy wants to send it back for a MONTH! No way in hell I can be without tunes for a month guys, so if any of you can help that would be much appreciated!

i doubt it is the cd player. i woulod look nor into the wiring of the car

I've checked all the wires for shorts, it all looks ok. Any ideas where to start looking? I mean if it runs fine when it's off do you think it could be some wire from the alternator? im going CRRRRAZY!

have the stock one plugged in to the harness, and see if it does the same thing. if it does then you have a wiring issue. if it doesn't then you cd player. as for starting i would look into the ignition switch. is it working if u put the key on the run position, or only if the engine is started ?

it's works in all positions except with the egine running. I'll get another HU and see if that does the same thing.
