man today i have my first exam for physics 50 (the first physics class for engineering major), and i didnt freaking horrible on it. i think i bomb it so bad and i wasted hours the day before studying my notes and reading the book. i dont think physics is for me, and i'm also of thinking of changing my major to MIS (manament information system) does anyone knows if this is a good major for business? anyone here major in that or have a job that relate the major. damn my brain is still hurting from this morning. later guyz gonna go rest now

Physics for engineers sucks, but you'll get through it. MIS is an ok major if you decide you can't hack engineering. It will get you a fairly strong business background with some minor amounts of CS worked into it. I have a friend who started out in it. What kind of engineering are you in right now?

i looked thru some books of physics for engineers and they seemed easier than the regular physics that i had to take. don't ask me how i passed that class. i still have to take calc 2 and that class is a *****

Haha, then you didn't look at the books my school uses. The Phys. for engineers is MUCH harder.

yea same here, i wish my book look easier but it's pain in the a**. In my school, physics for engr is probably the physics than any other physics, and my professor is the head of the physics department in that school. His freaking lesson is sux, he jz wrote down the equation in the book and never go over any sample...errrr...oh by the way, i'm in Computer Engineering.
