it would have about 38,000 miles on it and it would be an EXR (canadian, i think thats a EX in USA)
just wondering what hp/tq this would have (its a 4banger and auto) and what i should be expecting

145hp / 147 tq. The autos are a little sluggish, but nothing too bad. It is a US EX.
They are good cars (though I'm biased). Fun to drive, but the suspension really needs an upgrade from stock.
In those pics, it might not an EX though. EX has alloy wheels, dual tipped exhaust, and painted side moldings (I can't tell from the pics).

nah thats not the "Real" car i would be getting... my family used to own a 95 accord but we sold it in 96. My grandmother liked the car so much she went a bought her own car. Same color as ours (blue) and it was an EXR (does it have vtec?). well in a year or so she'll be to old to drive so it might land in my hands and i wanted some details.
that engine is nice.. more tq then hp :)

Yeah, it has VTEC, but its a SOHC as you know. Its not a racecar, but it has good passing power and it comfortable inside (unlike Civics IMHO).

there will be NO ditching of the rl.. i would just like something that gets better gas milage. rls not so good in the city, highway boo ya it rocks, city it goes but its a large 6.... you can go through alot of gas.
The rl will be back this week all fixed up, it was just a fender bender and she'll be as good as new when she gets back her, and i can return the town car :)
btw can the accord run on 91 and 94oc? or will i be forced to put cheap gas in that car?

glad to hear that. as for the gas issue you need to advance the timing to use 91 and 94 octane.

There is no need to put expensive gas in it, so why bother?

What's wrong with the town car?
38k on a '95 is a sweet deal. :)
I think it can run on 94 with a few pounds of boost or if you up the compression a little. :)

so bassically i just run the car on "cheap" gas? thats cool
ya it might even have less have to talk to my grandmother, she drives it to church and back once a week... so considering church is a 10min drive it should have nothing on it.

From everything you've said (babied, low milage, good condition, etc.) I'd jump on it if you can get a good deal.
