i don't know but i've read somewhere that the battery wires on your car should have the same life expectancy as your battery, so therefore it's reccomended to change the wires when you change the battery. is that true ?

Wow, I had no idea. Seems a little strange to me. I'd like to know the answer to this also.
-Stefan, I emailed you back about the software BTW.

it really isnt common practive to do so.
If for whatever reason the conductance has diminished over the years then go ahead.. But, like I said, I doubt it..
you can try to check the conductance of the ones on your car and compare them to how a brand new wire of the same quality/application/awg would perform..
waste of time!

yeah i looked at my car and some of the wires seem to be a bit corroded. i'll look into something that are high quality, i jost don't want to get $14 wires.
