car isnt running smooth

i have noticed that when i give it gas most of the time it sort of sputters...isnt clean ride at all.doesnt seem smooth and right.im not sure what the problem is as you can tell, so anyone please message back to this so i can figure out the prob.thanks

time for a tuneup. start with the small things like plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor. how many miles do u have on the car ?

the car has 114,000 miles on it.i just have bought it.tell me what all i need , so i can get it at one time. and tell me what brand of these to get.thanks alot

yeah most likely the car is in need of a tune up, but first check if the timing belt was replaced. that is not something just to get your money but it will save you a lot in the long run.

as for tune up get new spark plugs ( NGK or Denso), spark polug wires ( everything but Bosch), distributor cap & rotor (Crane Cams), and change all the fluids. also a new fuel filter is in order. you can get a cheap fram ($12) or do it right with a AEM (~$100)
