OK my sisters best friend (shes only 19) had been pregnant for 6 months then all the sudden shes in the hospital with pre eclampsea which means that her body and the babys body are killing each other, so they took they baby, he was only 13.4 ounces thats less than a pound but he was still alive, the smallest baby i had ever seen he was kicking and grabbing his daddys hand he looked just fine, he had a good heart but his lungs still needed to develope all the way.We thought he was gonna be ok or at least we told ourselves that cuz we didnt want him to die, but i just heard that he died because he lost alot of blood and they didn't know where it went so they did an ultra sound on his brain and found it was up there.. he's dead now and it's just not fair, im sure noone here cares but I had to express myself;( ;(

alright look, people do care on here! That is some tough shit your family now has to go through.
I know nothing on this topic about little babies so i'm just gonna offer my condolences (sp?) to you and your family.

before they took him out he had a 25% chance of living thats why we were shocked to see him alive but, they knew that he could still die just as easy after he was out, and there would have been at least one thing wrong with him, either he would be blind, deaf.......

Honey I am soo sorry, I love children and can't imagine what your going thru, but sometimes you have to make the best out of a bad situation. He isn't in pain anymore, and he was probably struggling to survive. I know it is hard but try to be positive and just know that he will always be remembered  ;(
