the power locks dont work on my '92 Civic, and the guy i bought it from said there was a "lock module" that had to be replaced or something like that... is there such a thing i can get online and replace myself? also, edmunds says remote trunk release was standard on a 92 civic lx, but i have no remote. Would i be able to buy the remote online and have a honda dealer program it? thanks alot

To call Honda would be your best bet, but it'l be expensive though.

yep you can replace it yourself. here is the link to get the part you need: http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/auto/jsp/mws/catdisplay.jsp
and remote trunk release does not mean that the trunk will pop up from a remote. it means that it can be opened from the inside of the car without using the key.

im an idiot. i noticed my fuse cover fell off, so i thought i'd check the fuses, and low and behold, the one for the power locks was blown. popped the spare in, and problem solved! thanks for the help anyways!
