Half red/half clear on rear lights

ANyone know if you can just keep the red part of the lights the same and take the top orange part out and exchange it for clear? I would love to do that. thanks alot

ya u can buy those types of lights almost anywhere.,

not in an accord. both of the glass layers are amber/orange but you can get them online.
