This SUCKS

I got my car back from the body work people at the Honda dealer today. These people are STUPID... they fixed the dent in my door... missed the one above it, and the chip in the windsheild that they were supposed to fix. they didn't completely reattach the door panel... and worst of all, when the repainted the door, they didn't cover the rest of my car so the clear coat was sprayed all over my car and it all looks cloudy... i couldn't even believe they'd give me my car looking like that!! i'm so mad... ;( ;(

for the amount you paid for getting the honda people to do it, you better get all over them until EVERYTHING is back to where it should be. that really sucks man, everyone had a bad week this week.

i would send it back on monday and get them to repaint the entire car now; fix the windshield and the rest of the dents.

honda dealers are normally better then that, mine have been amazing. maybe the guy had a bad week too, got to cut some people slack to ya know.

personally i end up being on the recieving end of some errors (re the ups f'd up shipping) the best way to get this solve is deal with it calmly and be cool about the problems. If you go storming in you get no where. Customers who start yelling at me right away get put on hold and or later disconnected by "mistake" :)

Take Biker's advice and go to them on Monday to see what they'll fix.
