Well I just made the switch from my Mustang..gone gone gone to a CRX! I needed a new play toy that got better than 12 MPG. I have the lil' cheapo model 88 with the 1.5ltr...wow! S L O W!!!! But I have great plans for the lil turd. Am trying to decide if I want to go B16 or just make a homemade turbo setup(Way cheaper on the turbo and my wife is still peeved about the Mustang and all that money gone to waste) Anyway, I am here to learne and share a lil as I go.

The car was very unpleasant to drive on a daily basis. 12 MPG is not real easy on the wallet either with my commute. 3000 stall, big cam and no way to pass ANY emeissions made it more of a burden. It was fast but at too much of a price. Bought the CRX as a commuter and will either drop a turbo on or do an engine swap to make it a lil' more fun. Will start on full on race car around Christmas...most likely another mustang or maybe a a camaro.

welcome on board. the nice thing about hondas is that they will pass the emissions with a lot of modifications to the engine and still get over 20 mpg

Thanks Hondaman for the welcome. My wife has driven a 99 accord 2 door for some time and I like it alot. I work on Toyots for a living and have always liked imports for their potential.

i'd look into a b20/vtec combo and turbo, in a crx, that would be untouchable.
