Mods finally on and are ....

Hey everyone what’s up , its been a few days but I have finally got my Apexi N1 and Aem Cold Air Intake on. Let me just say if your are going to spend 500 on a catback get the N1 it is the deepest loudest exhaust I have ever heard I love it :bow:. The Aem Intake is also great I can actually feel the hp gain :bow:. I would believe I’m at about 143 hp give or take a few but these are great product I will have them on my car till next march then my new Engine will be arriving. :bow:

Also for my Exhaust I wanted a different look so I somewhat hid the Exhaust pipe it is my fav mod on my car. I’ll post pics when I get a hold of a camera later guys

P.S. Thanx 2 these to items I have been told in 1 day I have the loudest and greatest sounding car in my town and that is from everyone who has something done to there car im going to try and get some sounds up.

Good stuff! I used to have both those items on my Civic, and I loved them. Well, I still have the exhaust, but the intake is long gone. But the N1 sounds sweet, huh? It's a really great exhaust, IMO. The sound is a little farty, but at least it's a deep fart. :D If you don't believe me, just stand in a parking lot while a friend drives your car, and you'll hear what I mean. ;) But personally, I think it's a great tone. Have fun with your new mods. :yes:

I got the Dunk, non-cat system, with a matrix intake tubing off of a 90 Si, and a K&N filter, and i notice the same thing, its alot of top end boost, and its realllllllllllllllly loud when i get up towards redline, the first time i took off i swear i was going deaf, i am gonna switch over to a full system (for SC purposes) and a AEM CAI, and some DC Sport Headers....so i can get a jump on the SC'in process....but ya that combo is loud too i love it...

ps. i went inside an empty parking garage with a friend and his Ford Contour with Apex-i Dunk and custom intake, and i drove his car and he drove mine, we were smiling the whole way home, its so weird to heard ur car when its moving cuz u can have people rev it but its not hte same as when its acctually moving and to hear it echo like that was simply breathtakin...i loved it, ya jut have someone drive ur car around and listen to it...

What else do you have done? 143 is REALLY high for an EX with intake & exhaust.
